1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using sovereignhaus.ca (the "Site"), including any tools, calculators, ebooks, courses, or paid services offered on it, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who We Are

Sovereign Haus is a financial architecture haus operating as an accessible virtual family office style firm with access to multiple professionals governed and operating by their own designated licenses ("Sovereign Haus," "we," "us"). Ashley Goddyn is a former licensed mortgage broker and holds an active LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) license in British Columbia. Nothing on this Site constitutes insurance, mortgage or financial advice outside a formal, separately-documented client engagement.

3. Digital Products

The Site may choose to sell any digital products, including but not limited to The Sovereign Wealth Code™ ebook, its audio version, and any courses, challenges or membership subscriptions (collectively, "Digital Products").

ALL SALES OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL. Because Digital Products are delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a Digital Product has been purchased and access has been granted, except where required by law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital good with immediate delivery, and to the extent permitted by law, you waive any withdrawal or cancellation period that might otherwise apply.

The Sovereign Wealth Code™ ebook is provided free of charge and is not a purchased product; the payment and refund terms in this section do not apply to it.

4. The Blueprint™ and Paid Consultations

Paid strategy sessions ("The Blueprint™") are professional service engagements that are offered as a paid service for financial clarity only. Payment is required in advance of any Blueprint™ session; Blueprint™ pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.

5. No Professional Advice

Content on this Site — including the ebook, mini-courses, the Sovereign Wealth Score, the Protection Check, and any calculators or simulators — is for general educational and informational purposes only. 6. Intellectual Property

The Sovereign Wealth Code™, Sovereign Wealth Blueprint™, Mortgage-To-Millions™ Method, Sovereign Haus™, and all related content, text, graphics, and materials on this Site are the property of Ashley Goddyn and Goda Ventures Ltd. and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goda Ventures Ltd., Sovereign Haus, and Ashley Goddyn are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, its content, or any Digital Product, including any financial decisions made based on information provided.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
