There's a version of my life where I'm significantly wealthier right now. Same deals. Same risk. Just better holistic advice and help.

That's the part I can't put down.

I've been in real estate and financing a long time. I've structured crazy things, carried massive debt (on purpose), and bet on myself. I've play big and held the right cards. But what I regret most, is who I had around me while doing it.

What I regret is who I had around me while I did it.

I had an attorney who didn't talk to my tax person or ask me the right questions that aligend with my future plans. A tax person who didn't understand my real estate and business, or strategy. Everyone doing their piece, but nobody seeing the whole picture. So I'd get advice, act on it, and find out months or years later it worked against something else I was doing. I was piecing together my financial sovereignty out of scrap metal and hoping it held.

It mostly held. But the misaligned infrastrature was massively expensive! I'm talking about taxes that didn't need to get paid, available government programs to take advantage of, trapped capital that could have been unlocked and invested for decades earning compounding interest.

And nobody ever sends you the bill for the money you didn't make.

That gap — between how big I played and how little came back — is the whole purpose behind what I am doing now.

Because what I needed wasn't a harder hustle. It was one team, one blueprint and everybody in the same room. The kind of coordinated financial architecture that wealthy families have quietly had forever.
