Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Goda Ventures Ltd., operating as Sovereign Haus ("we," "us," "Sovereign Haus"), collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use sovereignhaus.ca (the "Site"). We're a Canadian company based in Vancouver, BC, and we handle your information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What We Collect

Depending on how you interact with the Site, we may collect:

• Contact information: your name and email address, when you take the Sovereign Wealth Score, complete the Protection Check, purchase a Digital Product, or book a Blueprint™ session.
• Diagnostic answers: your responses to the Sovereign Wealth Score and Protection Check questionnaires.
• Purchase information: what you bought and when. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
• Communications: any information you provide when you email us or otherwise contact us directly.

We do not collect sensitive financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or health information through this Site.

How We Use It

We use your information to:

• Deliver the Digital Product, Score result, or Protection Check result you requested
• Send you relevant follow-up content, including educational email sequences related to what you engaged with
• Route you to a Blueprint™ session or to our licensed insurance partners, where you've indicated interest
• Improve our content and offerings
• Meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations

Who We Share It With

We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate the Site and deliver what you've requested:

• Stripe — payment processing
• GoHighLevel (GHL) — our customer relationship management and email automation platform, where your contact details and (where applicable) your diagnostic answers are stored so we can follow up appropriately
• Resend — our transactional email delivery service
• Supabase — secure database hosting for quiz submissions

These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function for us, and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

Where we refer you to a third-party professional (such as our licensed insurance partners), that professional independently handles any information you choose to share with them directly, under their own privacy practices.

Cookies

The Site may use basic, functional cookies necessary for the Site to work properly (e.g., remembering where you are in a diagnostic). We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the services you've requested and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your Rights

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you
• Request a correction to inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent for us to use your information (though this may limit our ability to provide certain services, like sending your quiz results)
• Request that we delete your personal information, subject to our legal retention obligations

Security

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your personal information, including restricting database access and using reputable, secure third-party providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security of information transmitted online.

Children

This Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
